What you are agreeing to
These terms cover this website and the waitlist on it, run by [FULL LEGAL NAME], [STREET ADDRESS], [CITY + POSTCODE], Italy, VAT [P.IVA], trading as chl.renders. They do not cover buying anything — there is nothing to buy yet. Separate terms of sale will apply when the shop opens, and you will see them before you pay.
The waitlist is not an order
Joining the list costs nothing, reserves nothing, and obliges nobody. It means we will email you when the drop happens. It is not a pre-order, not a deposit, and not a contract of sale. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
What we are telling you about the product
The first drop is planned as one design, in a run of 300 units, at 900 × 400 mm, 4mm thick with a stitched edge, for $34 including worldwide shipping, in September 2026.
These are our current intentions, not guarantees. Specification, price, run size and date can change before launch, and the drop may not happen at all. If any of it changes materially we will tell the list before we take anyone's money. Images on this site are renders, and the finished product will differ from them in the ways real objects always differ from renders.
Age
You must be 14 or older to join the list. That is the age at which, under Italian law, you can consent to this kind of processing on your own.
The referral mechanic
Sharing your link moves you up the queue when someone joins through it. Queue position affects the order in which we email people; it does not guarantee that stock will still be there when you get to it. We will void referrals that come from fake, disposable, or automatically generated addresses, and we may remove anyone gaming it from the list entirely.
Using the site
Don't try to break it, overload it, scrape it, or use it to send anyone else's email address. We may block or remove entries that look automated or abusive.
Our content
The designs, renders, text and branding on this site belong to us. Please don't reuse them commercially without asking. Ask — we're reasonable.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using this site or from the drop being delayed or cancelled. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — and none of it affects the mandatory consumer rights you have under Italian and EU law.
Law and disputes
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer you can bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site means the new version applies.
